Developer announces last of its luxury properties to buy in
Yorkshire

A property developer has confirmed that it has sold 14 of its 16
properties in Halifax, Yorkshire.
Towngate Homes has secured £7 million from the sales of the
homes, which are part of its luxury Broomfield Avenue resident
scheme in Savile Park.
The 14 detached home and town house properties were either sold
off-plan or in the first-stage of development and only two remain
on sale.
Chief executive of the firm Richard Conroy said: "Securing sales
and reservations on almost 90 per cent of the development …
demonstrates that there will always be a market for top-quality
homes in the best location."
Homebuyers looking to purchase the high-spec luxurious properties,
which are scheduled to all be completed by November, can expect to
spend between £310,000 and £595,000.
Another development Towngate Homes is overseeing is the property
expansion in West Yorkshire’s Woodsome Avenue in Mirfield of
detached and semi-detached town houses.
