To mark the beginning of 2023, Woods and Woods Bryce Baker, the Experts in Property estate agency in South Devon, have joined forces with other agencies across the Southwest to launch a New Year Giveaway, which will produce two cash winners every month as well as awarding a grand prize of £2,023 to one lucky homeowner.

From now until the end of April, all homeowners in and around our area, who choose to invite us to value their home for sale or rental purposes, will be entered into the draw for no less than nine chances to win a cash prize including the main £2,023 grand prize.

Collectively, as the Experts in Property, the agencies awarded prizes totalling £6,044 in promotions last year, with cash being bagged by homeowners across the region. At the end of September, Julie Copsey, sales manager at the Kingsteignton branch of Woods, along with, her sales team, Julie Hurley and Rachel Green, presented the grand prize of £2,022 to Marilyn Avery. Marilyn requested the valuation of a semi-detached two-bedroom bungalow in Kingsteignton. The bungalow, which sits in a popular location was successfully sold by Woods. Click here for full story.

The route to entry couldn’t be simpler – just ask one of our experienced valuers, round to provide a marketing valuation for your property. The service is absolutely free of charge and without obligation. While they’re there, the valuer will fill in a basic entry form, and then send it off to the Experts in Property HQ to go into the ‘hat’. Two winners will be drawn every month, each taking £202.30. Then, at the beginning of May, the grand prize winner will be randomly selected, and they will receive £2,023 to spend on anything they choose – decorating or furnishing their new home, something special for the garden or maybe a holiday, who knows!
